The updated version of the Guide for good hygiene practice (GHP) for hospitality and catering (based on the regulation (EC) No 852/2004) has been published in May 2018.


The GHP Working Group continued its work in 2017-2018 and prepared the 2nd revised edition, taking into account the changes in legislation and practical experience that have appeared in the meantime. The members of the GHP Working Group represent a wide range of the hospitality and catering industry.


The most essential elements of the Wasteless Guide on Food Waste Reduction in the Catering Sector have been transplanted into the 2nd edition, which is accessible here.
