2022 Sustainability Week – „Green Spoon” Recipe Contest

The team of Nébih’s Educational Programme was invited to the professional jury of the contest organised for 2022 Sustainability Week. The aim of the competition was to encourage applicants to create sustainable dishes specific to their region, and through this to learn about the criteria for sustainable eating.

The competition was based on the submission of a recipe for a dish typical of the applicant’s region, using local and seasonal ingredients and it was open to students from any primary or secondary school in Hungary or abroad registered for the 2022 Sustainability Week.

A total of 62 entries were received for the „Green” Spoon recipe competition. 33 recipes were selected by the jury and was published in a digital cookbook, which can be access at the following link: https://www.fenntarthatosagi.temahet.hu/2022/zoldfakanal_receptkonyv-web.pdf
